My Top 10 Favorite Cards in Tarot

Here’s a small blog discussing my top 10 favorite Tarot cards and why do I like these cards as much as I have.

  1. Justice - My favorite tarot card in the major arcana is the Justice tarot card. When I think of the Justice card, it reminds me things will balance out in due time. It reminds me to keep myself in balance especially in tricky situations. I also like many of the Justice card interpretations since some will interpret as justice winning out or corruption winning.

  2. Judgement - it’s a reminder for me to live an authentic life and every time I see it, it acts like a comfort card for me.

  3. Sun - I am a sun girlie especially if you compare me to my sister who is a moon girlie. But I do enjoy seeing this card as so much happiness is surrounding it. It’s a great card if I need to uplift. I also enjoy the reversed of this only because of the symbolism used frequently. The frequent symbol I see is Icarus flying too close to the sun. My younger self loved learning Greek mythology and Icarus was one of the first ones I learned about. So it becomes dear to my heart.

  4. Ace of Wands - I love this as a spark of new ideas since I create frequently. When I see this card and I am starting a new project, it confirms for me I’m on the right path to start it.

  5. Death - death and tower cards are typically looked at in bad lights especially when things go awry. Death as a tarot card is more gentle than Tower. It usually reminds me it’s like a snake shedding its skin to make for new. Most of the time, I need that reminder.

  6. Fool - I have seen many interpretations of the Fool card. What I love about this is that the new journey is completely new. Like a blank piece of paper in a book ready to be written. The Fool helps me symbolize that I am getting ready to create something more on the next journey.

  7. Star - another card symbolizing a dream come true! I love the different interpretations I have seen so far yet all center around creating the life you want. Finding peace and completeness which is what I strive for in my life.

  8. 2 of Cups - This card is usually my love or soulmate reminder. As someone who did not focus on love most of her life yet still dreams for a guy to sweep her off her feet, I have wondered if love is in my favor. Do I even have a soulmate? This card has come up in more ways than one to let me know he is still out there.

  9. Nine of Cups - the fulfillment and satisfaction. Also the wish coming true! A favorite cup card because it always seems to find me when my dreams are coming true or certain ideas are starting to bloom.

  10. 10 of Swords - we have a love/hate relationship together. When I see it, I get the same groan that others do when they see Death or Tower. But I will say it has helped me out of MANY situations. So I like that it has been a better warning for me.
