My Current WIP - Book Edition

Above is my working book cover for my next book - Static Head. I am going a different route than my normal romance books since this idea came to me in a dream. I decided I wanted to write about it and see if I could flesh it out into a story.

The theme is sci-fi dystopian world. It takes place in a city called Cashmere where the government is in control of everything. From how the city is ran to how much moonlight they can get. Those who oppose become a Static Head. They turn into a TV head where their voices are garbled and they walk with the heavy TV. People only know these as the criminals of the city. They are banished to a street and no good can come from them. The definition of a criminal becomes skewed since the government SciCorp is in charge of what that means for Cashmere.

How does this chemical turn people into TV Heads? What properties are being used? I am fleshing this out in a scientific way since our main character is a scientist in training.

But as the story unfurls, does the reader find out something that even our main character does not know? Will our main character fight against the government or will she fall in line with them? That’s another plot line to unfurl.
